1. Who We Are

Mystara (mystara.ru, Telegram bot @mystaramagicbot, and the TikTok application Mystara Publisher) is an entertainment service providing astrology, tarot, numerology, and esoteric content. Mystara is the data controller for the personal data collected through the Service.

2. Data We Collect

When you use Mystara, we may collect and store:

• Telegram ID — your unique Telegram account identifier
• Zodiac sign — if you voluntarily provide it
• Date of birth — if you provide it for personalized readings
• Newsletter consent — your preference set during onboarding

When you connect via third-party platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.), Mystara may receive your public profile information (username, profile picture) as permitted by that platform's API.

We do not collect: full name, phone number, email, geolocation, or payment card details (handled exclusively by YooKassa).

3. How We Use Your Data

Mystara uses your data to:

• Generate personalized astrology and numerology readings
• Send daily horoscope notifications (only with your consent)
• Maintain service functionality and prevent abuse

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Payment Data

Payments are processed by YooKassa (yookassa.ru). Mystara does not receive or store your payment card data. All transactions are secured under PCI DSS standards.

5. AI Processing

To generate personalized readings, Mystara sends limited non-identifying data (zodiac sign, date of birth) to AI APIs (OpenRouter). This data cannot identify you personally and is used solely for content generation.

6. Data Storage and Deletion

Your data is stored on a secure server in Russia. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@mystara.ru or using the /delete command in the Telegram bot. Data will be deleted within 3 business days.

7. Cookies and Analytics

Mystara uses Google Analytics (GA4) and Yandex.Metrica for anonymous traffic analytics. This data is anonymized and cannot identify individual users.

8. Third-Party Platforms

When you interact with Mystara or Mystara Publisher through third-party platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Telegram), those platforms may collect data according to their own privacy policies. Mystara only accesses information you explicitly authorize.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available at mystara.ru/privacy-en.
