By accessing or using Mystara, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Mystara. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Entertainment Disclaimer

All content provided by Mystara, including horoscopes, tarot readings, numerology reports, dream interpretations, and compatibility analyses, is for entertainment purposes only. Mystara does not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You should not make important life decisions based solely on content from Mystara.

5. User Accounts and Content

When using Mystara, you may provide personal information such as your zodiac sign and date of birth. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

You may not use Mystara for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Mystara offers both free and paid features. Paid features are purchased using credits or subscriptions. All payments are processed by YooKassa (yookassa.ru). Mystara does not store your payment card information.

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the service was not delivered due to a technical error.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology on Mystara is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Mystara content without prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

Mystara and Mystara Publisher may integrate with third-party platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Telegram, and others. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. Mystara is not responsible for third-party content or services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mystara is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on entertainment content.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Mystara at any time for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your data, email hello@mystara.ru or use the /delete command in the Telegram bot.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Mystara after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version is always available at mystara.ru/terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, in the courts at the location of the operator.
